Step 3. Payment, You can pay at the time of booking or after receiving your groceries. Digital Payment option (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Online Banking etc...) or Cash on delivery.
Step 4. Grocery Items received.
Now the moral of the stroy is customers and the store owners, both are happy and in a win win situation.
Disadvantage:
1. Dispute on less item received as per booking. - Customer has an open oppertunity to check at the time of receiving the item. If missed then you can raise the complaint to customer care and you will get resolved you concern soon. Because they know as a ecommerce operator there is too much cost invilved in tranportation and there is less profit margin, so they always try to avoid the scope of refund and they try to send only best items to customers.
